What are the course aims and objectives?

The Companies Act 2006 is the longest act ever passed by parliament. Company law has changed, particularly in relation to small and medium sized companies.

This is a practical session looking at the implementation of the Act for smaller non-quoted entities that will help delegates understand the changes to the workings of companies and Companies House.

 

Who should attend?

The course is intended for practising accountants as well as company accountants. The course will cover audit issues but is not specifically designed for auditors. The course is suitable for partners, managers and more junior staff.
